Welcome to GoLura! By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. Service Description
GoLura provides a service that uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate customized, original musical tracks based on the text prompts, stories, genres, and details provided by you (the "Customer").

2. Delivery and Timelines
Once your payment is successfully processed, our automated system will begin generating your song. Under normal circumstances, the final audio files (MP3 format) will be delivered to the email address you provided within 5 to 10 minutes. GoLura is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect email addresses entered by the Customer or temporary technical outages of third-party AI or email servers.

3. No Refunds Policy (All Sales Are Final)
Because GoLura creates highly personalized, custom digital audio products based specifically on your unique input, all sales are final. We cannot repurpose or resell your custom song. Therefore, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or free revisions once an order has been submitted and the audio generation process has begun.
By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to waive any right to a refund.

4. Quality and Expectations
While we utilize cutting-edge AI technology to produce high-quality studio-sounding tracks, the creative nature of AI means the final melody, vocals, and pronunciation may vary. We do not guarantee that the generated song will perfectly match a specific melody you may have in mind. The AI will interpret your story and genre selection to the best of its technical ability.

5. Copyright and Usage Rights
Upon delivery of the song, GoLura grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated audio track for personal use, social media sharing (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), and gifting. You may not claim you composed or performed the track yourself, nor can you register the track with content ID systems (like YouTube Content ID) that might strike other users.

6. User Content Guidelines
You agree not to submit prompts or stories that contain hate speech, promote violence, or are explicitly illegal. GoLura reserves the right to refuse service and cancel orders (with a full refund) if the requested content violates these guidelines or our AI processing partners' safety filters.

7. Limitation of Liability
GoLura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service or the inability to receive the generated song in a timely manner.
